Mongolia Mandates the Use of eeFuel Throughout the Entire Nation for Fuel Saving and Emissions Reduction
The Honorable Altankhuyag, Prime Minister of Mongolia and Chairman of National Committee on Reducing Air Pollution issued an Official Order, effective in October, 2014, that H2OIL’s eeFuel® be used throughout the nation in order to improve fuel efficiency and combat air pollution. The Order was issued after extensive tests and evaluation that showed eeFuel® savings and benefits to the environment, and is the first time the head of state has issued such an order.

Achievements and Test Results

2017 Mexico. Started supplying eeFuel to Gulf Oil to produce eeFuel green gasoline and diesel fuel in Mexico. Gulf Oil is one of the first major oil companies have entered the newly opened fuel market to foreign oil companies. Gulf Oil Mexico plans to open 2,500 gas stations there.

2017 Russia. Successful lab test conducted by Ministry of Education and Science proved that eeFuel is the multifunctional fuel additive, which greatly improved diesel fuel economy, reduced harmful emissions and cleaned engine deposits.

2016 China. China Offshore Oil Company started using eeFuel to improve overall gasoline and diesel fuel quality.

2016 Russia. Successful lab test conducted by Ministry of Education and Science proved that eeFuel greatly improved gasoline/petrol fuel economy, reduced harmful emissions and cleaned engine deposits.

2015 Russia. eeFuel is used by around 70% of independent gas stations selling branded fuels in Russia.

2015 EU. Koninklijke Saan, a major logistics provider in the EU used eeFuel in 56 vehicles in its fleet (TNO verified 1.3 million kilometer field uses), reporting an average of 11% savings in diesel fuel use.

2014 Mongolia. 2013 Cooperative working arrangements commence with major oil companies in Russia, China, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Mexico and India to improve gasoline/petrol, diesel fuel and heavy fuel oil quality.

2013 Falex Engine Oil Testing Laboratory. Laboratory tests prove eeLube reduce friction from 19% to 62%.

2012 Wartsila, maker of the world’s largest diesel engines, issues “Letter of No Objection” allowing the use of eeFuel® in equipment it manufactures.

2012 Mexico. Mexican Government and Pemex conduct a joint 7 months field test on 210 city buses. Result: up to 7 % diesel fuel savings on MAN, VOLVO and MERCEDES engines.

2011 India. India Government – Diesel fleet test conducted by International Center Automotive Transportation (ICAT) conducts a diesel fleet test. Result: F2-21 saved 5.75 % in diesel fuel consumption.

2010 Ministry of Agriculture, Russia. The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia conducted 6-month fleets field tests of F2-21® which showed an average 19.46% gasoline and 9.5 diesel fuel savings.

2010 Russian Government. Certificates were awarded by the Russian Government authorizing the use of F2-21® in the production of Nanotechnology Liquid Hydrocarbon Fuels in Russia.

2009 EU. Munich University in Germany successfully tested eeFuel using the Modified New European Driving Cycle Test on a BMW 330tdi diesel engine. Test results showed 30.5% reduction of black smoke particulate matter, 31.1% reduction of hydrocarbons, 6.1% reduction of CO2, and 13 to 22% reduction of NOx. Fuel consumption improved by an average of 10%.

2009 California Environmental Engineering “POC” Tests. A series of Proof of Concept (POC) tests on Cummins engine with F2-21 eeFuel Fuel Additive and eeLube Engine were conducted by California Environmental Engineering (CEE), an independent testing laboratory recognized by USEPA and certified by the California Air Resource Board (CARB), prove the additives effectively help reduce “Carbon Footprint” through improve fuel economy and reduce harmful emissions (NOx, NMHC, CO).

2009 European Union Large Magnitude Long-Term (2 Years) Field Driving Testing with Mass Fleets of 538 Heavy-Duty Diesel Trucks. Under the supervision of TNO, the most reputable testing lab in Europe, 15 good-size EU transport companies participated in this 2-year actual driving test. Total 538 heavy-duty vehicles used approximately 4.9 million liters of F2-21 treated diesel fuel and covered more than 9 million miles resulting in 9.7% average fuel savings. The large number of vehicles, extensive testing period and significant distance travelled gives great confidence in this result.

2009 Russian Fuel Economy Testing. In road driving tests for fuel economy conducted in Moscow in 2009, four light-duty diesel trucks averaged 26.86% fuel savings and two-heavy duty diesel trucks averaging 18.89% fuel savings.

2008 RIJNS TREEK Business Magazine. F2-21® (sold in Europe as “CG7”), was featured on the front cover of the July 2008 issue of RIJNS TREEK BUSINESS®, one of the EU’s most respected business magazines, where it was described as one of the best green energy products.

2008 Analysts Lab ULSD Lubricity Test. The test results: F2-21® improves ULSD lubrication properties by 17%.

2008 J. Den Breejen & Sons. A continual four-year test of F2-21® on a fleet of 41 heavy duty trucks by Den Breejen, Netherland, showed an average 13.2% fuel savings.

2007 California Government Agency Long Term Fleet Use Results. Mendocino County (California) has been using F2-21® eeFuel® additive in a fuel storage tank that fuels a fleet of 284 vehicles. In 2007, testing was done on nine of the 284 vehicles after five months of using F2-21® additive and found an average 18.79% MPG increase that ranged from 9.73% to 37.50%.

2007 TUV’s Fuel Quality Test. The test results certified that F2-21® meets all fuel quality standards. TUV (Germany) is one of the most prestigious testing laboratories in Europe Union.

2007 Large Ocean-going Vessel Test. By using F2-21 a large container ship (46,000-ton DWT and 37,000-HP engine) saved 8.1% in Bunker C Oil in 2 round trips between Taiwan and the West Coast USA.

2006 Wall Street Reporter Magazine – Nanotechnology Issue. H2OIL Corporation was featured in the 2006 “Nanotechnology” issue of the Wall Street Reporter Magazine profiling companies the magazine considered having the greatest potential in the high-tech nanotech industry.

2006 TNO Industrie en Technlek, Holland – Official Test Report. TNO Industrie en Technlek (TNO) is one of the most prestigious testing laboratories in the world, comparable to the United States’ Southwest Research Institute (SWRI). After carefully monitoring fleets of heavy-duty trucks’ conducting real-life driving tests by four transport companies for more than a year, TNO Holland issued an official report in July 2006 certifying that F2-21® additive met fuel quality specifications, reduced overall fuel consumption by an average of 5% to 8% and reduced soot emissions 10 to 30%, depending on driving conditions.

2006 BMW 130i Racing Car Engine Power Test Result. F2-21® eeLube® Nanotech Motor Oil Additive increased the power and torque of this highly tuned race engine by 4%.

2006 NanoTsunami – Nano Energy. The Nano Tsunami website featured F2-21® in an article entitled: “Nanotechnology Gasoline Reduces Global Warming at No cost”.

2005 Wall Street Reporter Magazine – Oil and Gas Issue 2005. H2OIL Corporation was featured in the 2005 “Oil and Gas” issue of the Wall Street Reporter Magazine as one of the top 25 companies having the greatest potential in the oil and gas industry.

2005 Evaluation of F2-21® by China National EPA. After over 10 years of successful tests, the China National EPA formally recognized F2-21® in May 2005 as the best gasoline and diesel fuel additive on the market for saving fuel and reducing vehicle toxic emissions.

2005 PetroChina Joint Venture – 2005. On April 30, 2005, H2OIL and PetroChina entered a joint venture and set up a manufacturing plant In China. The plant is capable of producing enough F2-21 Fuel Additive to treat 50% of China’s entire domestic demand for gasoline and diesel fuel in its rapidly expanding fuel market.

2005 Frost & Sullivan of England – 2005. Frost & Sullivan, a respected global research and consulting company based in England, published a report on their global analysis of nanotechnology in automotive applications. In the report, H2OIL was identified as one of the significant players in this field.

2005 Wesseling Transport – Fleet Fuel Economy Test. Long-term fleet tests conducted by Wesseling Transport, Netherlands, showed that F2-21® Fuel Additive achieved a fuel economy improvement averaging 11.19%. This full scale test, using a fleet of 36 full size Volvo and MAN trucks, was carefully controlled by a highly regarded independent consulting engineer, Ronald Ligteringen, and overseen by TNO, one of the most respected testing Institutes in the world. The test utilized GPS (Global Positioning Satellites) tracking and over 700,000 accumulated miles of real world driving.

2003 Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). Hong Kong University issued an official test report in July 2003 confirming the stability of F2-21® liquid nanotechnology, with droplets measured in the 3 to 9 nanometers range.

2001 Japan Tokyo EPA Diesel Fuel Dyno Test. Test showed that F2-21® reduced diesel fuel smoke by over 46%.

1998 Italian National Railways (Ferrovie) Test. F2-21® was tested in 2,000 horsepower diesel locomotives. Test results showed an 8% fuel saving, 40% exhaust smoke reduction, and almost 100% removal of combustion chamber deposits, as determined during a 550,000 kilometer engine overhaul.

1998 China National Railroad Ministry Endorsement. China National Railroad Ministry formally endorsed F2-21® for use in improving fuel economy and reducing smoke emissions in diesel locomotives. The endorsement came after a series of successful bench and actual rail tests.

1994 United Nations. In 1994, F2-21® was selected by the United Nations as an effective and economical fuel additive for alleviating urban transport-related air pollution problems and conserving energy in Asia.

1994 Forbes Magazine. Forbes Magazine featured H2OIL Corporation as one of the best 25 emerging environmental technology companies in the world.

1993 United States Environmental Protection Agency Registered. F2-21® has been registered with the U.S. EPA since 1993 for use as a gasoline and diesel fuel additive for both bulk and aftermarket applications.

1993 US EPA FTP-75 Gasoline Exhaust Emissions Test. Testing of F2-21® followed the U.S. EPA FTP-75 protocols for gasoline exhaust emissions showed excellent toxic emissions reduction.
